Who We Serve

Affinity Angels Home Estates provides housing in an adult shared living and independent community setting. Our homes are designed for adults who are independent or semi-independent and benefit from a supportive community environment without requiring intensive medical care.

Who We Serve

  • Adults, seniors, and veterans
  • Individuals who are independent or semi-independent
  • Adults seeking shared living or independent community housing
  • Individuals stable in health and daily living
  • Re-entry individuals participating in supported housing programs (where applicable)

Who We Do Not Serve

  • Individuals requiring continuous skilled nursing care
  • Individuals who are bedridden
  • Those requiring 24/7 awake medical monitoring
  • Significant fall-risk individuals
  • Indoor smokers
  • Individuals exhibiting aggressive behaviors
  • Children living in shared community homes

Eligibility Requirements

Adult age requirement (typically 55+ depending on program)
Ability to perform Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Stable medical condition
Ability to manage medications independently or with reminders
Monthly payment via ACH draft or Zelle
Willingness to complete an assessment
